I wanted to give this place a try. Given the reviews that I read, I figured I would support a small, local business. However, it has been like pulling teeth trying to get my dog in for an assessment appointment. The customer service has been horrible. Michelle is probably the most rude “customer service” person I have dealt which in a long while. This business has missed an opportunity to possibly gain a good customer as we are a 4 pup family who needs boarding services frequently. Oh, well. Michelle, I hope you reflect on your customer service skills and realize that treating your customers with more respect will work in your favor. The Coleman-Warrens
This place is awesome! The staff is friendly, the rates are great and they truly care about your dog! They do their best to accommodate you and your schedule and I would recommend the playful pup to anyone reading this. My dog loves going here. Jared is Top Notch!!
I was going to try a new spot to board my dog and was advised a week in advance there would be enough time to have the required observation and to board my dog within that time frame. I was expeditiously sent the forms to complete which I did and returned them via email later that evening. I heard zero from this business for two days. Upon me calling … TWICE in one day I was finally told we sent you an email because we can’t access the forms. Stunned I say that’s weird and the response from Michelle was “Well I don’t know why it didn’t work for you it seems to work for everybody else.” I kept cool and continued and said ok I will resend as my spouse had spoken to someone quite pleasant to arrange the paperwork so I said surely this can’t be who she spoke with. Mind you when I called back the second time I was told “I’m entering in the information right now and we’ll call you as soon as we are done.” So I took pictures of the forms, and sent them via email attachments. One day passes, no call. Another, no call. So the day before my boarding should happen I GO TO THE BUSINESS and all doors are locked at 10:00am and no one is answering the phone. I left yet another message. No return call yet. Finally at 1:00, we called to confirm all is well for boarding and Michelle says well we aren’t going to board your dog if we haven’t done the assessment so no. I’m bewildered knowing SHE IS THE OWNER, and there is no way I would recommend this business to anyone who cares about the atmosphere and energy of where they would leave their beloved 4 legged family members. Go elsewhere! Completely infuriating and disappointing experience.

My dogs love coming here. I soon as I let them out of the car they are pulling me to the front door. 5 stars all the way great staff and great service.
