Had the pleasure of working with Zach on my roof project. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and candid (which I appreciate the most). Zach showed up to my house, gave me his pitch, and within 10 minutes was up on my roof to provide a courtesy inspection. He walked me through the process (first time for me), showed up early to meet the insurance adjuster, and kept me informed throughout the rest of the process. The work crew dropped off the materials the day before the job and started/completed the job in 1 day…and it looks great! My experience with the RoofER crew exceeded expectations and should be the standard for customer service. I recommend Zach and crew without reservation. Well done gentlemen!

They guide and support us not only in filing insurance claim but also every detail aspect of the the roof replacement process. Lucas provide very through support and guidance in handling insurance claim. Once the insurance claim is approved, Matt Ray organize the entire roof replacement project very professionally and complete it in time. We are very impressed with their professionalism, documentation, communication standards and quality of work. I highly recommend RoofER. They are committed to do the best.
Pros: their sales team is great. We worked with Luis and he is a personable and honest guy. He truly cares about customer service. However, considering these guys are storm chasers, the following interactions (once our insurance claim was approved) continued downhill. Cons: the rest of the team we interacted with was mediocre at best. The project lead I contacted on the day of installation was downright rude. The siding had been installed incorrectly and before that was confirmed, I was given attitude and doubted. The roof installation was fine and there was minimal debris left behind. The siding was a completely different story. On our front door stoop alone there were 30+ nails leftover. There was zero attempt at a clean up after the job. As mentioned, the siding was installed incorrectly at first attempt and what was then fixed was dirty. They did not wipe down any marks made from install and then didn’t even wipe off dirt from the ground when they re-installed the shutters. To top things off they left an entire load of materials on our driveway over the thanksgiving holiday and claim they can’t have it picked up until next week. (Update: still have not picked up materials). I guess you get what you pay for, or don’t pay for. Storm chasers aren’t worried about a sustainable or quality job. Should have just called Shiner roofing and asked them if they thought we could file a claim through insurance.
It was a pleasure meeting and working with James from RoofER for our roof inspection! James was kind, thorough, and very professional. We especially appreciated that he took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. We will most definitely call RoofER for any future roofing needs!
Can't Say enough about the support through this process. I was walked through all the details at each stop, and my guy Chase followed up with me regularly. This was my first experience getting a project like this done on my house so I asked a lot of questions and the team had no problem answering them.
