The concept of no human entry works, but I would like to see my pet being worked on to ensure that the staff members are doing what they say. I was a little disappointed that they do not share data to and from other veterinaries and do not have a record keeping system that I can access my pet's records remotely. Also, I received a reminder card in the mail that was for the wrong date. I questioned it and was told to disregard it as though this happens often.

Scheduled a nail trim for my dog he came back traumatized, kept whimpering uncontrollably and would tremble at the slightest bit of contact , unsure how they treat animals since owners aren’t allowed in due to covid. Staff gave no update, they seem not to care . Please don’t go here Update down below they responded, everything stated is false I was never informed nor told please don’t misinform the public with misleading information. Awesome animal hospital, they took excellent care of my fur babies... until they transition on to doggie heaven.
I know vets can be expensive but I spent $500 for my cat having an upper respiratory infection. 6 days later I call because she wont eat due to so much congestion in her nose. Vet prescribes me 2 more medicines which obviously I paid for because he didnt get it right the first time. Both of the meds prescribed say not to take on an empty stomach. They cause stomach ulcers. I did tell them she wont eat. On the 7th day I want a recheck. Well that's $38. I'm not spending another dime at this place. Why should I have to pay again because of their mistakes. Not to mention I never even spoke to a doctor. It was all relayed through the receptionist. You know how that goes.
