The drive-thru traffic could be crazy. Expect minimum of 10 to 15mins in the drive thru
What is going on with customer service? Usually the level of customer service is pretty good, however tonight….geez! People do not expect to be treated rudely at a franchise that has one of the best customer satisfaction rates in the fast food industry. Do not ruin the brand.
Really Good Food! Food arrives to your car, with the perfect temperature. We stopped while traveling. Will add to my favorites!!
The food is great but the lines are long. This could be due to high demand so it might be a while before you see shorter lines. Was worth the wait for me.
Placed our order through the mobile app at 9:44 pm. Sat there and watched other cars come and go. We had to call one of the food runners over to make them aware that we had been sitting there, waiting for our food that we know should’ve been ready. The young lady, then, came to our car twice with the wrong order. Once the drive thru line closed, they came to our car yet again asking our name of which we gave twice previously. A worker came to our car and said that our food was mistakenly given to another car. Because they had shut everything down, the options were to return on Monday if we lived nearby to get our food or they could try and give us a refund if the system was still up. We asked for the refund of course as she admitted that our order had been cleared from the system; therefore, there is no proof that we did not receive our order and it would have been a situation of their word against ours. Trinity diligent ran back and forth from our car to the store seeking to get our refund. Not once did either managers, Sandy or Patsy, come outside and apologize for the mishap. We weren’t even offered anything complimentary for their mistake….NOTHING. I appreciate Trinity for being courtesy and seeing to it that we received our refund but sadly, we won’t be back. We seek to put our dollars back into our community only to have such businesses in our community to treat us substandardly. No one deserves what we’ve been through and it is for that reason, I leave this review. Update - it took four days to electronically receive our refund where when we bought the food, the money was taken instantaneously 🤦🏾♀️
