Ameripro came out to our house after a bad storm and offered to help getting the storm inspected by our insurance company and they would take care of the repairs. They met with our insurance adjuster, but went on the roof without the adjuster and began damaging shingles. The damage is NOT caused by the storm and therefore not covered by insurance. The salesman stopped returning my calls, I had to reach out to corporate and [at the advice of my insurer] I am likely filing a police report..
I had a bad service experience ever not even close to what they were claiming as professional. I bet the private contractors on the side would do a job better and less expensive Too late but lesson learned . Ameri pro did not install the side edge on a big portion of my roof and they did not even mention it to me that side edge has not been installed on my roof for what so ever reason but there was no mentioning at all When I inquired about it they referred it to there warranty department and they told me that side edge is installed but I dont see it . So I requested a person on site so he can show me where there is a side edge so one of there rep called me and told me actually it's not even supposed to be there So theories after theories when at first there site manager clearly told me after checking the roof that side edge will must go on the side of the roof . I had to makeefforts even to prove that there is no side edge on my roof . Then I had a peice of wood v bad on the front of my roof that needed to be replace but it wasnt. Even I had to ask them to replace it. I can see it it's bad why they cant so I mean so careless and I wasnt happy at all by there service Plus nails all around the house . I wish I was leaving a v positive review here if I had a nice service its unfortunate that people go through these unpleasant experiences
They used a subcontractor, had and still have a rough time getting issues rectified. I would not recommend them to anyone. There were issues with NAILS left all over the property; my gutter is gaping; painting from broken attic cover that they refuse to finish repair😳🤦♀️😩😡. I’m saddened to have to report this as I’d rather report positivity.
They got the job done but not after dragging on pricing gutters and having a small fight on what was included in their scope. Suggest everyone get a detailed proposal from them up front to avoid fights
Overall, my experience with the staff at the site was fine. However, the customer service I received from management/project manger throughout was below par.
